General Terms and Conditions
- Information on how to enter and prizes form part of the terms and conditions of this Prize Competition. By entering the 2009 MacKenzie High Country Breads 'Keep Lunch Special' Competition ("the Competition"), entrants agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of entry.
- Entry is open to all residents of New Zealand. Employees of Goodman Fielder NZ Limited ("the Promoter") and any agencies associated with these promotions and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

- The Promoter and/or internet service providers take no responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access telecommunications network services, or any other error or malfunction.
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of any entry. An entry will be declared void if it is incomplete, lost, late, illegible, stolen, damaged, unauthorised, photocopied or invalid in any way.
- Web entrants will be identified by the email address respectively used to submit the entry. Any prize(s) won by drawing a participant whose entry was received by web entry will be awarded to the owner of the mobile phone number or email address (whichever is relevant) provided in the entry. The Promoter takes no responsibility for disputes arising as a result of entries submitted by entrants using email address belonging to any other person.
- Winners of the Major Prize will be notified using contact details submitted to the Promoter. Winners will be notified via an email sent to the email address submitted or contacted on the telephone number provided.
- Prize winner notification will include information on how prizes may be claimed.
- Prize values are given as at the commencement date of the Prize Competition.
- If the Promoter is unable to contact any winner after 4 weeks following the original draw date, having made reasonable efforts to do so, that winner's entry will be declared invalid and the Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to randomly draw a new winner of that prize from the remaining eligible participants on the same Terms and Conditions as the original draw. This process will be followed until a winner is found to accept the prize.
- The Promoter, its associated agencies and companies, shall not be liable in any way (including, without limitation, in negligence) for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss) or for any loss or damage or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with this competition, or the acceptance or use of any prize, except any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
- By accepting a prize you agree to be available for reasonable publicity and promotional purposes without compensation, including photographs and interviews. Winners acknowledge that their personal details including photographs may be published in newspapers, magazines and on the internet.
- The Promoter collects and holds personal information provided with each entry to be used for the purposes of administering the Competition and in particular to notify prize winners and to verify prize winners' identities. All personal information provided by entrants will be held by Goodman Fielder NZ Ltd, Auckland, NewZealand, or such other place as is notified to the entrant on request. Under the Privacy Act 1993, entrants have the right to access and correct their personal information. The Promoter will destroy all entries once all prizes have been claimed.
- The Promoter is Goodman Fielder NZ Ltd, 65 Main Highway, Ellerslie, Auckland. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Keep Lunch Special Competition
- The 2009 MacKenzie High Country Breads 'Keep Lunch Special' Competition ("the Competition") commences at 12:01 am on 19 October 2009 and closes at 5:00 pm on 31 December 2009. All entries received after 5:00 pm on 31 December 2009 will be ineligible. There is 1 Major Prize to be won.
- The Major Prize will be drawn on 11 January 2010
- The main prize consists of an 11 day holiday for two, staying in the MacKenzie Country freewheeling with a rental car. Flights from any major city to Christchurch are included. You will be staying in your choice of accommodation in the MacKenzie High Country. You can be as active as you like and included in your package will be a number of sightseeing options including some meals. The total value of this prize is $5000. Main prize winner will liase with Carlson Wagonlit Travel to design an itinerary that best suits the prize winner, to the value of $5000. Airfares with Air NZ and all accommodation and activities are subject to availability at time of booking. Prize to be redeemed within 6 months, of prize winner notification.
To enter the Prize Competition, entrants must purchase an eligible MacKenzie High Country loaf bread product (indicated by promotional sticker) during the promotional period, and enter the unique code found on the pack sticker and by visiting www.keeplunchspecial.co.nz, following the prompts and entering your details and the requested details and the unique code from the promotional sticker on pack.
All entries become the property of the Promoter. - You may enter as many times are you like, but each entry must have its own unique code. Each unique code can be submitted only once. Unique codes which have been entered previously or are not otherwise verifiable will be invalid. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, misdirected, stolen and/or delayed entries. Any entry that is mutilated, illegible and/or incomplete will be deemed invalid.
- Entrants are advised to retain their promotional stickers and unique codes as proof of entry and identity.
- Prizes are not redeemable for cash or exchangeable. Prizes are not transferable unless prize winner is under 15 years of age in which case the prize will be awarded to the winner's parent/guardian on their behalf.
